When two or more people are organized to perform work for a company, they form a new soul separate from their own personal souls. In doing so, the soul of their workgroup, team, or company is imbued with similar psychological dynamics of a person, and so feels the tensions of opposites, enantiodromia, Jungian typology, complexes, and other archetypal influences. The unit may approach these factors much in the same way as a person would; by seeking out and resolving tensions work can become more meaningful, fun, and purposeful. At the broader level, imagine what an individuating company looks like… compared to one that is not.
How does a unit individuate? This presentation brings the energy, commitment, and knowledge of participants to discuss and develop systemic processes, agile thinking, strategies, and ideas for individuating their sphere of influences at work.

I've not brought it to life before in any presentation or cognizant discussion. The presentation and topic are based on my experience, knowledge, and observation. It seems like a good time to bring it out in the open.

What do you feel is the heartbeat of your topic?
Employees of all levels of an organization--it probably resonates well with small businesses, project teams, and small departments. It can scale upward to larger units.
How could the community collaborate with you to build your vision?
It's not my dream in this sense. I think this topic helps work units with their responsibilities and doing their jobs for their organization in a way that's more meaningful than corporate vision and mission alone. I find this to be a good topic that has direct merit to participants who want to make a difference in their jobs and work environments.
