Ada Gonzalez

Through emergent facilitation and leadership development I help CEO's, executive teams, and organizations navigate change and transitions. By engagement of the whole system through effective dialogue and collaboration, innovation and creativity help solve issues and make sustainable change possible. t Specialist areas include, among others, organizational change, system's thinking, executive coaching, cultural awareness and change, and dialogue. Living in different cultures (Cuba, spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Germany, and USA) has given me a lifelong thirst for traveling, exploring cultural differences, and understanding different ways of being and doing.
