Anamaria Aristizabal is a Certified Integral Coach® (PCC level), Consultant, and Facilitator working to support individuals, groups, and organizations in their development and change initiatives. She loves to design transformative coaching programs, as well as workshops and change interventions with creative and participatory methodologies. With her work she hopes to inspire, empower, and transform, in order to generate positive social, environmental, and economic impact. She is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and has worked for many organizations to assist their transitions towards more humane, entrepreneurial, and sustainable cultures. Anamaria is a founding member of the Aldeafeliz Ecovillage, an ecological community of 20 based on a 7 acre piece of land, in the outskirts of Bogota, embodying a model of living that is socially just, environmental sustainable and spiritually fulfilling. Also founding member and executive board member of the Foundation for Peace and Reconciliation, chair of SoL Colombia, board member of Global SoL, and a Leader in Training in New Ventures West (prominent coaching school). Anamaria holds an MBA and Masters in Environmental Management from Yale University, and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.



What draws you to the STIA conference?

The possibility to be inspired and to inspire, in a time where we are needing to renew our hope and inner/outer resources constantly to face the challenges at all levels.

What are you hoping to experience?

A deep sense of tribal belonging and hope for humanity

What are you most passionate about?

Creating and co-creating, in service of sustainability, social innovation, personal and organizational development, and the arts.

How do you see transformation occurring from this conference?

New networks forming that allow for new conversations and new possibilities to emerge that fulfil needs and aspirations of the people present, and transform what we think is possible.

What’s your bigger vision?

Being a weaver of networks that foster individual and collective transformation in the direction of sustainability and flourishing for people and planet.

What needs to happen for you to evaluate this STIA+ experience as a success?

Vibrating at higher level of energy at the end.
