Bio

Mr. Kayser is VP and Owner/Partner with responsibility for the 2-year Mastery Program in Polarity Thinking and for developing an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Advanced Certification Course in Coaching to Polarities. Mr. Kayser has 25 years of experience in organization development consulting, coaching, and leadership training. In addition to his role with Polarity Partnerships, Mr. Kayser is founder and president of XPERIENCE, LLC , an independent organization consulting, executive coaching, and leadership training firm located in Washington, D.C., which includes Kayser Ridge retreat center in Berkeley Springs, WV, which Mr. Kayser built. Prior to launching XPERIENCE, LLC in 2007, Mr. Kayser was Vice President of Organizational Development and Training for The National Cooperative Bank (NCB) and spent four years as Senior Organization Development Consultant for The Washington Post. Mr. Kayser’s first career was a Human Resource Executive and he served as Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Training & Web Development at The Washington Post Company for five years and held other human resources and management positions at the Planning & Development Collaborative International, the law firm of Arter, Hadden, Haynes & Miller, and ServiceMASTER. Mr. Kayser serves as a guest faculty at the Federal Executive Institute and American University’s Master’s in Organization Development program. Additionally, he is a coaching faculty for the Advanced Coaching Certificate program at George Mason Center for Consciousness and Transformation, and teaches the Coaching to Polarities course at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Mr. Kayser holds Masters Degrees in both Human Resources and Organizational Development and is one of twenty graduates of the Polarity Thinking Mastery program worldwide. Cliff completed his ICF Coaching Certification at The Georgetown Executive Leadership Coaching Program.
