Bio

Cynthia helps leaders and teams achieve breakthrough results. She provides executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, leadership development programs, facilitation, strategic planning, team retreats, systems thinking and customized training, including her signature offerings, Team Survival Intensive, a unique approach to teaming, and Leader as Coach, providing a culture of inspiration and accountability. While her coaching and consulting career started in 1991, Cynthia brings a unique background: working with multi-cultural executives, working for the American Embassy in West Africa for two years, living in Mexico, teaching an empowerment course to women and children at a homeless shelter, a successful 13 year career within the Central Intelligence Agency on the executive track, co-leading a private sector merger and acquisition with AT&T, being an active volunteer in the Cambodian-American community and launching a humanitarian effort called Big Big World in support of Vietnamese orphans. Now she is the President and Owner of Way To Go! Inc. Cynthia is a past board member of SoL, and continues to be active in the SoL community.
