To meet people in different industries that I normally don't meet.

What are you hoping to experience?

Meaningful connection.

What are you most passionate about?

Marshmallow, Flashdance and Ted Talks

How do you see transformation occurring from this conference?

Being exposed to new people and hanging out in an environment that is different from my normal course of living will expose me to new ways.

What’s your bigger vision?

To connect women around the world by having a new conversation. Conversations that are vulnerable and transparent. By helping people see themselves in each others stories will help change the world. Also inspiring people to fail more and fail fast…just take risks and try their passions to move them forward.

What needs to happen for you to evaluate this STIA+ experience as a success?

I would like to connect one on one or in small groups. Also attending new subject matters that I normally don't expose myself to will enhance the experience!
