Grew to appreciate interdependency of different departments in corporate US working in computing support. Got shocked awake to the interdependency of all living things and ultimately the universe and it's relation to all the "beings" within through some significant spiritual experiences (not involving LSD). Been trying to proselytize ever since. Have learned that doesn't work. Turning to more subtle methods. One on one, through coaching relationships. website in work

What draws you to the STIA conference?

Being among people who apply systems thinking principles to create positive impact in the world. Specifically to find those like minded individuals who directly apply systems thinking working as executive coaches.

What are you hoping to experience?

Inspiration. Networking. New ideas, applications. Hopeful and far-reaching conversation.

What are you most passionate about?

Working with leaders to create positive change for themselves and their companies by understanding and tinkering with the systems that drive them.

How do you see transformation occurring from this conference?

By continuing to stoke the flames of passion for this perspective and spreading it to others, we can create transformation. Indeed, we have already created transformation by calling this conference.

What’s your bigger vision?

Infiltrate every aspect of society with appreciation for systems thinking and how it can be used to appreciate what we have as well as give us clues to positive measures that have the potential for positive impact on those systems.

What needs to happen for you to evaluate this STIA+ experience as a success?

When I leave this successful conference I will have begun relationships that will sustain and support my work. I will have a store of hope with which to meet my inner skeptic. I will have a deeper appreciation for systems thinking, a broader perspective on how I can apply it and what "systems thinking" means, more embodied sense of the meaning of "presencing." Most of all I will feel a euphoric inoculation of awareness of my larger spiritual community.
