There are many reasons why and when influence can occur. However, sometimes it fails. I think there are predictable reasons why influence fails. My model for establishing the basis for influencing outcomes explores the necessary and essential elements for successful influence.
What is the format of this topic?
Conversation that evolves from the presentation of a model. The presentation can easily be done in a dialog with participants.
Where have you brought this to life before?
I have used it with multiple coaching clients, used it to teach the art of influence to groups in preparing a communication strategy, used it to diagnose failed opportunities to influence an outcome (lessons learned) ... also used as a blueprint to develop testimony for the Senate.
Do you have the presentation on slideshare, haikudeck or prezi?
PowerPoint, but it needs work ... I think it could be moved into Prezi. Have never used this tool.
Any chance you have this on youtube or vimeo?
What do you feel is the heartbeat of your topic?
People find it useful in self assessment and in exploring why their previous attempts to influence outcomes might have failed and/or to design a path forward to influence an outcome. No preference on "community."
How could the community collaborate with you to build your vision?
I don't understand this question. Sorry.
